Jumpstart Lehigh Valley brings a proven model of community-centered real estate development to our region. Originally founded in the Germantown section of Philadelphia by developer Ken Weinstein, the Jumpstart model emphasizes small-scale, scattered-site rehabilitation, local ownership, and long-term neighborhood investment.
Jumpstart Lehigh Valley is led locally by Nancy Larcom O’Brien, a real estate investor, property manager, and former mathematics educator with experience renovating and managing residential investment properties.
Our mission is to strengthen neighborhoods and expand opportunities for aspiring local developers. Through real estate investor training, mentoring, networking, and connections to financing pathways, Jumpstart Lehigh Valley helps equip community-focused investors with the tools and relationships needed to succeed while keeping investment rooted in our communities.
